Health Care for the Homeless

A financially strong not-for-profit organization

Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) adheres to the highest standards of fiscal accountability and acts a responsible steward of limited resources to serve people experiencing homelessness.  For more than a dozen years, HCH proudly has operated with a balanced budget that derives from more than 40 major funding sources and hundreds of important smaller contributions.  The work of HCH would not be possible without the support of federal, state, and local governments, private foundations, corporations, and individuals.

HCH is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland in 1988.  A copy of our latest Financial Report and Registration can be obtained through HCH or, for the cost of copying and postage, through the Office of the Secretary of State, State House, Annapolis, MD 21401.

Below are our most recent comparative financial statements and links to our nonprofit and tax-exempt verification letters, most recent audited financial statements, and other supporting documentation.
