Where: 421 Fallsway, Baltimore County and West Baltimore

What: Once a year, we conduct client experience surveys to learn about the experiences and better meet the needs of Health Care for the Homeless clients.

Throughout the month of August, clients are invited to take the survey (in English or Spanish) on an iPad or fill out a paper survey in any of our clinic lobbies. Volunteers with survey buttons on will be there for help as needed!
