When: Thursday, August 31, 2 p.m. AND 3 p.m.

Where: 1st-floor lobby, 421 Fallsway

What: In-service training in support of the scheduling strategic initiative under Goal 1 in our readiness plan. The training itself will be at 2 p.m. for staff who report through Chief Health Officer Nilesh Kalyanaraman and Chief Administrative Officer Maria Martins-Evora only. The training will be followed by a visit by Smoothie King at 3 p.m., with ice cream for all staff.

The training will have two components:

• “re-booting” standard checkout 
• basics of the scheduling procedure
