Kyle Berkley, PhD, LMSW—SOAR Coordinator (July 6, 2022)

"The promotion to SOAR Coordinator is a major privilege and honor. This position allows me to help so many people in need of financial support obtain SSI and SSDI benefits. I’m excited about this next chapter in my career."


Molly Greenberg, RN—Harm Reduction Manager (March 24, 2022)

"I am very excited to take on this role and am looking forward to working alongside our incredible staff to grow patient access to Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD), SSP, infectious disease testing, and PREP. I will be working to create some more structure around these services and ensure that every HCH staff member, regardless of their role in the clinic, is empowered to offer them as we continue to grow our collective commitment to a trauma informed and harm reduction model of care. In the short-term, we will work to grow our MAT team and hope to bring on a new RN and dedicated peer recovery specialist in the near future. As the MAT team grows, I will continue direct patient care and will also take a step back to oversee delivery of and advocacy for the full range of harm reduction services at HCH. It will be interesting to see how it all evolves!"


Rosita Harris, CMA—Clinical Trainer (August 29, 2022)

"In the Lead CMA position I was primarily supervising the CMAs. As the Clinical Trainer, I now develop workflows and processes and help to ensure that all agency medical assistants and nurses are well-trained and prepared to do their best work. This position is a combination of two things that I am the most passionate about, healthcare and teaching."

“Transitioning to my new role as TCM for Sojourner at Oliver is exciting for many reasons, but what I’m looking forward to the most is having the opportunity to support community building, healing, stabilization, and growth in creative and accessible ways on-site where 35 new supportive housing clients will reside. As a social worker, I am always examining the impact of an individual’s environment on all other aspects of their wellbeing, and I am thrilled that this setting is designed to set people up for success!”

Erick Torres, RN—Pediatric and Family Nurse Coordinator (January 1, 2022)

"This position changes my scope in that now I have a greater role within the patient coordination aspect of care. My medical duties remain as they were, but now I’ll be working to help patients (specially new families) get more than just medical care, I’ll be working as a guide to get them set up with all the services we provide not only medical. I’ll also become the main contact point for all our families to reach out to regarding any issue or problem they may encounter, whether its for medical, housing, case management or anything that may require guidance and scheduling of our processes. I’ll also be the person who coordinates many of the pediatric processes that extend outside the agency like regarding the vaccines we obtain from the government and their audits. As well as the outreach we do for families in the shelters (something we began doing again as of June 2022). And I’ll be coordinating care for the clients at the shelters too which is what I’m most excited about. It's been an amazing experience so far."


Adrienne Trustman, MD—Lead MAT Provider (October 24, 2022)

"I really miss being a full-time doctor. It’s something I’ve always wanted to be since I was really little. As CMO, I spent two half-days a week with clients. I love the relationships I have and want to expand on that. I love seeing people get better when they take steps toward recovery. My new role as Lead MAT Provider will involve a lot more work with the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) team and Syringe Service Program (SSP). When I did MAT group during my first three years here, we didn’t offer flu shots, colon cancer screenings and other basic primary care in conjunction with opioid use disorder medication like Suboxone. I would love to figure out how to integrate more of those services. And I’m ready to give my first syringe kit out!"
