Psychiatrist
Full-time psychiatrist needed for unique community health center serving homeless individuals.  Experience with dual diagnosis, strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills, and familiarity with harm reduction approach required. Social Worker
Immediate Case Manager needed to provide case management services to individuals who are residing in the Health Care for the Homeless care sites. This person will engage/re-engage clients, assist in the attainment or maintaining of benefits, build relationships with community providers, develop and coordinate the discharge plan, link the client with ongoing services for post discharge, and actively participate as an integral part of an interdisciplinary team. Strong mental health assessment skills preferred. Applicant should be comfortable working with homeless and/or low-income individuals and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Social Worker

Therapist case manager to provide services as part of a Housing First team; Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology; Licensed as an LGSW, LCSW, LCSW-C or LPC required. Clinical Director at Mobile Medical Care

Full-time Clinical Director to manage effective and efficient adult primary care services to a diverse population at multiple locations. Responsibilities include clinic operations management, provider (NP/PA) supervision, community partnerships, quality improvement, and staffing Board’s Clinical Quality Committee. As member of senior management team, s/he will also participate in strategic and program planning, budgeting, and reporting to funders. Incumbent will also provide some direct patient care.

MobileMed runs multicultural, nurse-managed clinics that provide healthcare to low-income, uninsured individuals throughout Montgomery County.
