201 E. Baltimore St.—in the beginning...

08.04.16

The previous tenants in Suite 750 at 201 E. Baltimore St. have moved out. And the work to make a Health Care for the Homeless mark on the space—and make it ours—is underway.

The building, also known as One Calvert Plaza, was built in 1900-1901 to house the Continental Trust Company Building. A historic, 16-story early modern skyscraper, it was the tallest building in Baltimore until being surpassed by the Bromo-Seltzer Tower in 1911. It sits:

  • 2 blocks from the Inner Harbor
  • 1 block from the Clarence M. Mitchell, Jr. Courthouse
  • 7 blocks (a short 9-minute walk) from 421 Fallsway
  • 3 miles (an easy 14-minute drive) from 2000 W. Baltimore St.
