Join us for an April 22 (9:30-11:30) Virtual Strategic Planning Workshop for Community Partners!
Health Care for the Homeless is currently conducting its Strategic Planning Process. As part of this process, we are assessing stakeholder needs and collaborating on the most effective ways to improve the health outcomes of people experiencing homelessness. This work includes conducting surveys, facilitating roundtables, and administering workshops.
During the April Workshop, we will explore:
• The top needs and priorities of organizations and institutions across the Baltimore region, and how the communities we serve are impacted
• Opportunities to work together to address these priorities
• How to address racial inequities/apply a racial equity lens in our work
Ultimately, we hope to learn how your organization and Health Care for the Homeless can partner on strategic solutions to help communities who are most in need.
Regardless of whether you are able to attend, please complete this quick six-question survey that we will be distributed to more than 125 organizations and will help to inform the Workshop.
If you have questions or comments, please contact Sr. Director of Equity & Engagement Eddie Martin, Jr. (205-454-3654) or Chief Strategy Officer Keiren Havens (443-703-1310).
