Four Ten Lofts

Partnering on this phenomenal housing project together, Episcopal Housing, French Development and Health Care for the Homeless are excited to show you what's in the works! From ground-breaking in early 2020 to furnished apartments in 2021, 410 Lofts will provide 76 units of affordable and market rate housing in the heart of the Bromo Tower Arts and Entertainment District. And 20 units are specifically reserved for individuals and families exiting homelessness - with Health Care for the Homeless providing ongoing, on-site support.
