Sojourner Place at Park

Construction is underway at Sojourner Place at Park, our second affordable housing project developed in partnership with Episcopal Housing Corporation.

Located in Baltimore's Historic Five and Dime neighborhood, the project includes 111 Park Ave, the site of our former headquarters for nearly twenty years. Sojourner Place at Park will become 42 one-bedroom apartments, with two-thirds set aside for people exiting homelessness.

In addition to housing, this development will offer 10,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and amenities such as a fitness room, laundry facilities, community spaces and on-site case management services.
