Baltimore City—Downtown

Walk-ins: To receive same-day care, walk-in clients should arrive by 3 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and by 11 a.m. Thursday. Walk-in services include adult, pediatric and family medical care, therapy, addictions treatment, insurance and benefits enrollment and case management. On Saturdays, only adult, pediatric and family medical care and therapy are available.

Baltimore City—West Baltimore

Harford County (Appointments preferred)

Mobile Clinic

Call for information: 443-703-1200 OR walk in to any of our current mobile clinic sites. Services include basic medical care—vaccinations, well visits and urgent care—and help with things like finding shelter and getting health insurance or an ID.
