Since 2016, integrated care teams have improved the way we care for our clients. Earlier this year, we continued that work by launching a shared space model, starting with the Yellow Team.

Baltimore's sweetest night was a huge success thanks to YOU! 

800+ community members dressed up, dined on decadent treats and helped change lives at The Chocolate Affair.

It may have been cold outside, but inside was full of warmth and gratitude during our Winter Thank-a-Thon. Fueled by pizza and party hats, we called over 235 donors—including one in the UK!—just to say “thanks” for putting care and support within reach for our clients.

Health Care for the Homeless staff from across all sites gathered at the Rusty Scupper for a day of dancing, singing, gift giving and of course, ugly holiday sweaters. 

Though many competed, there could only be one winner of the 2018 Ugliest Holiday Sweater Competition.
