Baltimore City Overdose Alert - A spike in overdoses was detected on Wednesday, May 23 in Southwest Baltimore. Such spikes are often related to tainted or particularly potent heroin (including heroin laced with fentanyl). Please share this information and encourage family, friends and neighbors to get trained to administer the overdose-reversing medication, Naloxone.
When you first connect with us, we will ask you a few questions, including your name, current address/mailing address, phone number, Social Security number and insurance information if you are insured. (If you qualify for our services and have lost your identification or are not insured, we can help you get an ID and insurance.) Please have this information ready when you call to make an appointment or walk in to one of our clinics.
We provide services at Health Care for the Homeless clinics in Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Harford County. Our mobile clinic also makes weekly visits to a number of sites in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. For a complete listing of our clinic sites, click here.

We welcome walk-ins at our Baltimore City and Baltimore County clinics and will help you see a provider on the same day, though there may be a wait. We also will schedule appointments for people at our front desk. Please understand that walk-in clients will be seen in order of the severity of their condition.

For walk-ins: To receive same-day care, walk-in clients should arrive by 3 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and between 1–2 p.m. Thursday. Walk-in services include internal, pediatric and family medical care; therapy; addictions treatment; insurance and benefits enrollment; and case management. On Saturdays, only internal, pediatric and family medical care and therapy are available.
