What: Join the Maryland's Office of Overdose Response (MOOR) second annual overdose prevention awareness advocacy day rally in Annapolis - to reduce overdoses and increase access to substance use care in Maryland. Featured speakers include Lieutenant Governor Aruna Miller, Special Secretary of Overdose Response Emily Keller, and other state and local officials. Community organizations, including Baltimore Harm Reduction Coalition and the Maryland Peer Advisory Council, will participate as well.
