HPRP Presentation: "Know Your Rights" on EBT theft

What: The Consumer Relations Committee is hosting the Homeless Persons Representation Project (HPRP) for a presentation on your rights in the SNAP and Temporary Cash Assistance programs and how to get your EBT funds replaced when they're stolen. Come out to gain a better understanding of EBT reimbursement laws and learn about ways to fight against House Bill 1434, a bill which would give the Dept. of Social Services discretion over reimbursing victims of EBT theft.
