Earlier this month, our team and community partners gathered for our annual Flu Vaccine & Coat Drive. We are grateful to all of the clients who prioritized their health by getting a flu shot this season.
March is National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. Thanks to all who wore blue to encourage screening and to raise awareness about benefits of detecting colorectal cancer early. Our 2025 goal is a 35% screening rate, through colonscopies and at-home FIT tests.

On Homeless Persons' Memorial Day, we came together at War Memorial Plaza to honor the community members who passed away without homes in 2024.
Our team and community partners came together for our annual Coat & Flu Drive! 225 flu vaccines were administered and 435 coats delivered to people experiencing homelessness in Baltimore.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the premiere of our 2024 original documentary, "Taking Care: Portraits from Baltimore." We came together at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing to celebrate the Health Care for the Homeless community and shine a light on the common humanity we share - whether housed or unhoused.
On April 22, 2024, the Supreme Court heard oral testimony in the case of Johnson vs. Grants Pass, which could allow states to punish people for things like sleeping outside with a pillow or blanket. Over 700 people turned out in front of the courthouse steps to say: people experiencing homelessness need housing, not handcuffs!
