We know how we're doing by measuring:
Yep, quality and access. We talk about both of these a lot. But now, we get to talk about them in a whole new way: through data and storytelling.
Each month, we will post quality data and access data right here on the staff portal. We're leading with quality data, then we'll do access. Then quality. Then access. And so on, in two-week cycles.
The plan is to share out, on an ongoing basis, data and stories that give us all insight into the work we do and how we're doing it—and to do that in a way that is relevant to each of us in our own area of work, meaningful and interesting. We want to get all of us thinking, scratching our heads, generating ideas and questioning ourselves and each other.
