Gabby Knighton and Dan Atzmon are counting down the days until their wedding in May.

But a kitchen full of china felt out of sync with Gabby and Dan’s “creaky old rowhome” and the work they do in homeless and public service.

Wouldn’t it be great to go to a single office to get all of your basic health care needs met? No more calling around to different offices or trying to coordinate appointments all by yourself. This is our vision at Health Care for the Homeless.

Remember your early 20s? Perhaps you were looking for work or maybe you were in school—likely you were becoming independent for the first time.

Paint, sculpture, pastel—you name it. Ron Williams uses them all to express himself and relate to others. “God gave me this talent to help me make it in this world,” he says.

Health Care for the Homeless is one driven and talented bunch of people. So it's no surprise that a number of our staff members have moved up or over to new roles since January. Same faces, new titles.

On Saturday, February 2, 800+ spectacularly dressed chocolate lovers filed into the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront for the sweetest night of the year. By the end of the night, our incredible Health Care for the Homeless community raised enough money to give 1,000 of people the care they need to regain health, hope and opportunity.

Brandon Berryain doesn’t want his position on our Board of Directors to be a status symbol. For him, it’s an opportunity to ground the Board with his lived experience and encourage other clients to get involved.
