"I am thrilled to be in this new position. I believe bringing street medicine to Baltimore will be transformative for the city and am so glad that HCH is at the forefront of this work. I’ve previously developed and led a street medicine program in Pittsburgh and am excited to bring my experience to this work here. My new role will also give me the opportunity to help revitalize our outreach department alongside our fantastic outreach manager John Lane, and to continue to develop our amazing mobile clinic program. Together, these programs will help us to meet our clients and HCH community where they are. I’m excited to bring what we learn back to our agency so we can all learn, adapt and grow towards our brothers and sisters on the street."

Malcolm Williams, LCSW-C—Director of Community Relations and Enagement (May 5, 2025)
Previously Senior Client Relations Manager
"I’m excited to extend our footprint in the community engagement space. I’m truly big on creating partnerships and leveraging them to make things better for the agency and the clients who come through those doors. We do a lot at Health Care for the Homeless, but we don’t do everything, so creating partnerships is key in filling those gaps as well as seeing how we can collaborate in the community. One of my first initiatives in this space is hosting a Resource Fair in June on the third floor of Fallsway. I’ll be reaching out to banks, law centers, food pantries and workforce development programs. If you have other recommendations, please let me know!"
