  • Baltimore County (Towson): 5:30 p.m.


  • Baltimore City: McKeldin Square at the Inner Harbor, corner of E. Pratt and Light streets
  • Baltimore County (Towson): Trinity Episcopal Church, 120 Allegheny Ave.
