As members of the Finance team transition to their new space at 201 E. Baltimore St. and process the loss of Alex, they have come together to handle accounts payable together—as a team.
There is now an email specifically for accounts payable: ap@hchmd.org. The team asks that all requests, questions and issues surrounding accounts payable be sent to this email address.
Additionally, the team asks that we all be mindful of its new location at 201 E. Baltimore St. and allow two weeks for invoices and requests to be processed (from receipt to being mailed or returned). If a faster turnaround is needed, please note it on the check request or in the email message you send—using the ap@hchmd.org address, of course!
Lastly, the Finance team is still accepting hard copies of check requests. They can be placed in the Finance bin at 421 Fallsway or given to Philisa at 201 E. Baltimore St.
Thank you.
