Most recently the Administrative Director of Finance for St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond, Gary Welch brings 10+ years of hospital finance and operations experience to the CFO role. He has worked in multiple hospitals in the Bon Secours Health System and for Select Medical in Pennsylvania. And we're thrilled that he's here now.
Gary says, "I'm excited to be part of a team that has provided health care and housing services to the most vulnerable populations in Baltimore for over 30 years. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and to the opportunity to further the Health Care for the Homeless mission in a financially sustainable way that ensures we can treat our clients for years to come."
When he's not balancing the budget, you can find Gary swooning over Madden Elizabeth Welch, his nineteen-week-old daughter, or chasing after a Maltipoo puppy named Alf (yes, named after the 1980's sitcom star).
Please stop by to give Gary tips on how to survive on so little sleep—and more seriously to give him a warm welcome.
