On the winter solstice—the longest night of the year—we join communities across the country to honor our neighbors without homes whose lives were lost in the past year.

Please join us on Thursday, December 21 for an evening of remembrance, reflection and fellowship.

This year’s ceremony will be held at McKeldin Square at the intersection of Light and E. Pratt streets. A musical prelude will commence at 4:30 p.m. and the program will begin at 5 p.m. For more details, please see this flyer and check our calendar regularly,.

Sponsoring organizations: Health Care for the Homeless, Bmore Housing for All, Stop Homelessness And Reduce Poverty (SHARP), Baltimore Homeless Youth Initiative and the Coalition for Homeless Children and Families.

To share names of our neighbors without homes who passed away in 2017, please email memorialday@hchmd.org by Friday, December 15.
