2024-2025 Benefits Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment runs May 1 - May 20

Your Medical, Dental, Vision and Voluntary enrollments will automatically renew.  Every staff member who regularly works 20+ hrs per week is asked to review their benefits coverage and re-enroll in flexible spending accounts

The benefit period is June 1, 2024 - May 31, 2025

What's new? Medical, Dental and vision plans are staying the same,  but your premium may be increasing modestly.

Informed by our REI Action Plan, we will continue to…

  • Tier the amount staff pay in their premiums based on annual pay in three categories: (a) under $60k, (b) $60k-$99k and (c) $100k+.
  • Pay over 82% of employee premium costs; absorbing most of the cost increase as we have for over five year.

Overall, staff will continue to pay nearly 16% of their medical premium, 15% of their dental premium and nothing for their vision premium.

  • Across all medical plans and tiers, Premiums for employees who make under $60k will stay the same.

Modest premium increases

  • Employee deductions will increase by 3% for those making from $60k - $99k
  • Employee deductions will increase by 5% for those making $100k+

Re-named PPO Plan (known as HealthyBlue Advantage)

  • Plan name change to BlueChoice Advantage
